Teaching myself how to make promo art.

I spent today teaching myself how to make promo art for my books and I must say, I’m rather proud of myself! I’m not generally very good with graphics and such, so this took a little while to figure out how to do (meaning a few hours lmao), but here is the end result! And if you’re curious to check out any of my books, here is a link. 🙂

  1. Awesome! I taught myself as well. I use MS Publisher to put together graphics/teasers with stock photos. Also still learning to work with Paint and Paint 3D. Even so, I still use graphics from professional sites as well.

    1. Oh nice one!! I have Photoshop, which my husband knows how to use, but I can’t for the life of me figure it out. I really like Spark, which is what I used for this. Very straightforward!

      1. I never got into Photoshop, even for my nature photography (though people have recommended it). I know another author who uses Canvas. She makes some great graphics as well.

      2. I know someone who makes amazing art on there but I think there’s a fee and I have too many subscriptions right now haha. Maybe in the future!
